- EL is a legitimate Detroit based, Minority owned MEP contractor that self performs in Detroit and elsewhere.
- We are bondable and have banking capacity. We are able to get jobs built - it's what we do. We are not a broker.
- We are signatory to 4 trade unions in Detroit plus elsewhere. We currently employ excellent Plumbers, Pipefitters, HVAC and Electricians.
- We have 4 experienced estimator/project managers plus competent support staff to get all required paperwork completed.
- We have an in-house HVAC expert with experience in energy saving renovations and mainenance contracting.
- We are currently self performing MEP work on several projects in Detroit with Detroit residents.
- EL is a union company. We guarantee on-time, high quality work executed in a safe manner.
- EL has design-build capability and we have direct access to engineering and CAD services.
